How long is my file kept?: 24 hours on the free plan, up to 30 days with the Professional plan. At expiry the file, the link and the related information are deleted for good, with no history.
Do I need an account?: No. A verified address is only required if you want us to email the link for you.
Will my document lose quality?: Text and drawings come out identical. Only images above the target resolution are reduced, and if the gain is small we return the original.
Where do my files go?: Compression, storage and the site are in France. Emails go through European infrastructure, in Ireland. Never resold, never reused, never used to train artificial intelligence. Step by step detail on the Security and privacy page.
