Levarka compresses PDF files and lets you pass them on, through a share link or by email. This page describes the data processed, how long it is kept, and which providers are involved.

What we never do
- Your documents are never resold, transferred, or used for anything other than the compression and the delivery you ask for.
- None of your documents is used to train an artificial intelligence model, neither by us nor by a third party.
- No advertising, no advertising tracker, no open or click tracking in our emails.
- No account is needed to compress a file or to download one.

No bank card data passes through our servers, and none is kept by us.
Retention periods
- File, link, file name, associated addresses: 24 hours after delivery on the free plan, up to 30 days on the Professional plan. On expiry, the file, the link and the matching row are deleted for good, with no archiving and no anonymisation. We keep no history of expired transfers.
- Rejected or unfinished files: deleted by an automatic sweep.
- Billing data: kept for the legal retention period of accounting records.
- Technical logs: kept as long as needed to detect incidents, then deleted.

Compression and storage of your documents take place in France. Some of these providers are companies established outside the European Union, even when the infrastructure used is European. Any transfer outside the Union is framed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
If you share a link through a messaging app, a social network or any third party application, the message goes through the service you choose, under its own rules.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@levarka.com
Given the very short retention period and the absence of accounts, an expired transfer can no longer be found or restored: the data has been deleted.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
Cookies and trackers
The site only sets cookies needed to work: language preference, address verification session, anti-robot protection, and the measurement of one single upload and one single click per visitor, to know how many people use the service and how many look at the paid plan. No advertising cookie, no sharing with ad networks.
Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be announced on the site.
