Intellectual property

The Levarka trademark, the levarka.com domain name, the visual identity, the texts and the code of the site belong to the publisher, except for third party components used under their own licence.

Documents uploaded by users remain their exclusive property. The publisher acquires no right over those documents, beyond the technical operations strictly needed for the compression and the delivery that were asked for.

Reporting illegal content

Any share link considered fraudulent, misleading or illegal can be reported to abuse@levarka.com, or from the link provided on every download page. The link is then disabled and the file deleted as quickly as possible.

Consumer mediation

Under articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably.
